Holy Week and Easter in the Swanage and Studland Team Ministry

Churches Together will meet on Easter Day at 5.50 a.m. for a dawn celebration and lighting of the Easter fire.

The principal services each day are as follows:

Palm Sunday: St Mary's and All Saints' at 10.30 a.m., St Mark's and St Nicholas' at 10.00 a.m. (The service in St Mary's begins with a procession with palms from Swanage Station/Health Centre)

Monday: 6.00 p.m. Compline in St Mark's with a short address by Preb. Andy Roberts

Tuesday: 6.00 p.m. Compline in St Mark's with a short address by Rev'd John Cooper

Wednesday: 6.00 p.m. Compline in St Mark's with a short address by Rev'd Terence Handley MacMath. (There is a Seder meal to be held in All Saints' this evening too at 7.15, but please book for this).

Maundy Thursday: 7.30 p.m. Choral Eucharist in St Mary's including the washing of the feet and the stripping of the altars.

Good Friday: 9.30 a.m. Meditation in St Mark's, 10.00 a.m. Children's activities in St Mary's, 12.00 noon to 3.00 p.m. Three Hour Meditation on the words of Christ from the Cross in St Mary's, 6.30 p.m. Music and Meditation for Good Friday in St Nicholas'

Easter Eve: 8.30 p.m. (not 8.00 p.m.as on the flier) Easter Vigil at St Mary's

Easter Day: 10.30 a.m. at St Mary's and All Saints'; 10.00 a.m. at St Mark's and St Nicholas'.
