"THY KINGDOM COME" - an invitation to join us in ten days of prayer!

10-20 May 2018

Archbishop Justin Welby says ....
“'Thy Kingdom Come’ is a simple invitation to pray

between Ascension Day and Pentecost Sunday.

There is no limit to what the Kingdom of God does. The moment we start praying 'Thy Kingdom Come' we start to look outwards. When we pray for the Kingdom of God to come, the Kingdom will transform individuals, the Kingdom transforms society, the Kingdom transforms the globe and the Kingdom transforms the cosmos.

God invites us in prayer to be His partners in the transformation of the world through transformed lives.

Never underestimate the power and influence that your prayers have on the world.”

So please join us for 'Thy Kingdom Come 2018’

10-20 May 2018

Will you pray this prayer with us and thousands of others all around the world every day between Ascension day and Pentecost this year?

Our Father, who art in heaven Hallowed be Thy name;
Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done,
On earth as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread,
And forgive us our trespasses,
As we forgive those who trespass against us;

And lead us not into temptation,
But deliver us from evil,
For Thine is the Kingdom,
the power and the glory,
for ever and ever Amen.

Let’s pray this for Swanage and for three people we know. Write their names below as a reminder to pray.
